Sean Briceno was born and raised in Oakland, CA. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. His interest in politics and American government began in his junior year of high school. After graduating from high school, he attended the Summer Legal Fellowship Program at the University of California, Berkeley where he studied constitutional law, employment law and immigration law. This experience influenced his decision to major in criminal justice. He has in the non-profit sphere since 2007. In his free time , he likes to travel with his family and immerse himself in new experiences. He speaks Spanish and comes from a family of immigrants from Belize.
