Sarah Wiesner is a lawyer with a background in immigration law, intellectual property and reproductive health policy. She began her career as a legal assistant at the immigration law firm Fragomen, then obtained her JD from Georgetown Law. After law school, she joined the firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she litigated patent cases for several years before leaving to pursue public interest law. At Kirkland she had a robust pro bono practice representing people seeking asylum, as well as DACA and U visa clients. After Kirkland, she obtained a Master's of Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and now advises on reproductive health law and policy with the Reproductive Justice Lawyers Network at If/When/How. She is licensed in New York and California.
