About the Opportunity

The fellowship is a 12 week commitment during the summer, start and end dates are flexible.

As a fellow, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in your community while gaining valuable skills and experiences that will benefit you throughout your career.

During the fellowship, you will work closely with our team and engage in a variety of activities, including but not limited to:

1. Reviewing case materials

2. Preparing cases

3. Participating in pro bono clinics

4. Assisting with court appearances

5. Drafting complex motions and legal briefs

6. Gaining experience litigating before the court

You will also receive mentorship and guidance from experienced immigration attorneys and legal professionals. You will also have the opportunity to attend workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Stipend Available

As a part of this fellowship opportunity, we are excited to offer a stipend of $7,500 to each selected fellow.
