Adjustment of Status Clinics

Welcome to Social Justice Collaborative's Adjustment of Status Clinics (AOS), where we are passionate about uplifting our communities.

This model of Pro bono clinic is designed to a one day commitment lasting 6 hours.

Who can join an aos clinic?

Whether you're an attorney, non-attorney, or part of a legal team, this clinic is your chance to create positive change in the lives of asylees seeking Adjustment of Status.

What happens during an aos clinic?

Through our AOS Clinics, we guide asylees through necessary forms needed to obtain their Green Card and become Lawful Permanent Residents. Training and technical assistance are provided!

When you volunteer at our clinic, you become a catalyst for change. By guiding them through the process of Adjustment of Status, you help them secure the path to becoming lawful residents in the U.S., opening doors to a range of benefits and opportunities. This includes access to essential rights and privileges, such as fair employment, access to education, and the ability to build a stable life. Through this, we ensure that justice and dignity are upheld at an elevated level for those seeking a new beginning in the U.S.

Your involvement goes beyond paperwork!
