ASYLEE ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS CLINIC RESOURCE PAGE

Thank you for volunteering for the remote clinic with Social Justice Collaborative. The clinic seeks to provide hands-on assistance to asylees who are eligible to submit their Adjustment of Status applications. Thank you for lending your time, skills, and dedication to the clinic.

You will meet your client(s) alongside an interpreter. Most appointments will take the duration of the clinic (half a day). During your appointment, use the Appointment Workflow (below) as a step by step guide.

REQUIRED TRAINING

Online Self-Guided Training

You will receive an email invitation to join SJC’s TalentLMS video course platform with a username and password. Please follow the link to log in. This platform will take you through the required video tutorials and quizzes covering important substantive legal content. We will be able to monitor your progress and completion rate. Reserve about two hours to complete the tutorials. MCLE credit is available upon completion of all videos and quizzes for California attorneys. At the end of the 1.5-hour training, a certificate of completion will automatically be prompted on your screen to indicate you have completed the full training. Please finish this training no later than the day prior to the clinic.
