Eric Hernandez is a healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in advancing equity and improving access to essential services for underserved populations. As Chief Operating Officer for the Population Health Learning Center, Eric oversees core operations, focusing on strengthening internal infrastructure to support impactful programs that address systemic disparities and empower marginalized communities. His work ensures the organization can deliver solutions that promote dignity, justice, and meaningful change for those most in need.

Previously, Eric held executive leadership roles in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), where he emphasized creating equitable access to care and improving service delivery for vulnerable individuals and families. His passion lies in fostering community-centered approaches and implementing initiatives that address barriers to essential resources.

Eric loves exploring new places with his partner and two pups. He holds a Master of Business and Health Services Administration from California State University, Chico, and resides in Berkeley, CA.
