Intakes

SJC provides intakes over the phone, (including intakes for minors) and they will be free of charge. To schedule an intake please call us at (510) 992 - 3964.

For your intake to take place, once it has been scheduled, you will need to text or send pictures of the following:

• Hearing notice

• Notice to appear

• ORR release for Minors

• An official ID or passport, birth certificate, and marriage certificate if applicable.

Your appointment will last from 30 minutes to an hour.

It is important that you send a text to (510) 992 - 3964 with pictures of the above mentioned as soon as possible before the intake appointment in order to not lose your appointment. You will also receive a video by text that we request you to watch before your appointment.

*Please note that we have the right to refuse intake if you don’t send the necessary photos of your documents or for other related issues.

Entrevistas Iniciales

SJC proveerá entrevistas iniciales por teléfono (incluyendo entrevistas iniciales para menores), y éstas serán gratis para usted. Para agendar una entrevista inicial por favor llámenos al (510) 992 - 3964.

Para que su entrevista inicial puede llevarse a cabo, una vez que haya sido agendada, es necesario que nos envíe por mensaje de texto fotos de lo siguiente:

• Aviso de audiencia

• Aviso para comparecer

• Liberación de Oficina de Reasentamiento de Refugiados para menores

• Una identificación oficial o pasaporte, acta de nacimiento y certificado de matrimonio, si aplica.

Su cita podrá durar desde 30 minutos hasta 1 hora.

Es muy importante que envíe un mensaje de texto a (510) 992 - 3964 con fotos de lo mencionado anteriormente tan pronto como sea posible, antes de la junta para la entrevista inicial para que no pierda su cita. También recibirá un video por mensaje de texto el cual es importante que vea antes de su cita.

*Por favor considere que tenemos el derecho a negar una entrevista inicial si no envía las fotos necesarias de la documentación o cualquier otra situación relacionada a ello.
