Paola Madrigal Velazquez

Development Manager

Paola was born and raised in Michoacán, Mexico, and migrated to the United States after graduating from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo with a bachelor's degree in Language and Hispanic Literature with a major in Communications.

Paola has always wanted her career to have a social impact and to be a change-maker in our society, so she began volunteering in social programs that benefit children and vulnerable populations around the world at a young age, where she discovered a true passion for participating in and leading human rights projects.

All of this prompted her to gain experience as a teacher, communicator, international trade relations specialist, and public relations expert. Paola wants and appreciates continuous learning and new challenges, thus she is always looking for a new road to take in order to improve without taking more than she gives.

Paola lives her life as a proud Latina guided by two phrases: "Empathy is pointless if it does not inspire action" and "The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is always that little -extra-".
