Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Clinics

Welcome to Social Justice Collaborative's Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Clinics (SIJS), where we are passionate about uplifting the youth.

This model of Pro bono clinic is designed to a one day commitment lasting 7 hours.

Who can join an SIJS clinic?

Whether you're an attorney, non-attorney, or part of a legal team, this clinic is your chance to create positive change in the lives of minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

What happens during an SIJS clinic?

Through our SIJS Clinics, we guide asylees through necessary forms needed to obtain their Green Card and becoming Lawful Permanent Residents. Training and technical assistance are provided!

When you volunteer at our SIJS clinic, you take an active part in making a significant impact. By guiding them through the process of obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status & Guardianship, you help young immigrants achieve the security and stability they need. This unlocks vital opportunities and a brighter future. Through this, we ensure that justice and dignity are upheld at the highest level for vulnerable youth seeking safety and a fresh start in the U.S.

Your involvement goes beyond paperwork!
